Refund Policy

At Cirrus Medical Network we make every effort to ensure your satisfaction. Should you feel that a refund is warranted, PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST. Most likely we will be able to quickly refund your money and/or come to a reasonable solution.  To avoid delays in refunds, please DO NOT CONTACT YOUR BANK and DO NOT FILE A DISPUTE THROUGH YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY. This will only delay your refund. 

Cirrus Medical Network provides a service in exchange for fee.  Once the service, be it a consultation or a referral, has been completed,  fees are no longer refundable.

Specifically, for imaging referrals, once the referral has been sent to the imaging center, members will have 30 days to complete the test. After 30 days have lapsed, we shall close the referral, membership will be cancelled, and no refunds provided.

If the service is unable to be completed within the membership time frame due to delays by the customer, funds are not refundable.

If 30 days have elapsed from the end of membership, funds will no longer be refunded.

Funds will only be refunded to the original payment source (e.g. Credit Card, Paypal).
