It can be hard to find a primary care physician in Nevada. Las Vegas healthcare systems, especially, can seem disjointed and are notorious for a high turnover of doctors. How many times has your primary care physician or family doctor moved or changed? Nevada ACA Health Exchange (“Obamacare”) plan premiums are continuing to rise. One may question how “affordable” these plans really are? What are you getting in return for your premium? Insurance will NOT cover virtual visits typically. Your office-based doctor will most likely want you to come in for an appointment so he/she will get paid. In other words, no visit, no pay in their minds.
Perhaps you are relatively healthy and despise going to the doctor? Then, you get that annoying pain, a sinus infection, a rash, or new onset depression? What are your options? You may call for an appointment and wait 10 days to see a doctor, or you can go to the urgent care and pay a premium to see a doctor who doesn’t know you,nor your medical history. Why not just email, text, or call your online concierge physician, who knows you and your history already, to get that condition addressed right then and there.
Have a condition that will likely require a face-to-face visit. No problem, just run it by your CirrusMED doctor first. There is a good chance he/she will be able to steer you in the right direction and save a LOT of money and time.

Sorry, we are a “direct pay” service. We do not bill insurance, so it doesn’t matter whether or not you have insurance. As a result, our pricing is transparent, and members benefit from unlimited visits as long as their membership is active (similar to a gym membership). The only individuals we cannot serve are those on Medicare or Medicaid.
Do you accept teachers health trust
Hello, as a direct care service, we do not bill out any insurance. Rather, for a fixed/transparent fee, you are able to retain a physician and communicate directly at any time. Insurance-based care is geared more toward one-time services by “providers” contracted and/or in their closed network. We value continuity of care and the patient-doctor relationship over insurance intrusion.
